Register your child with the "Tartinistes"
Distribution of a complete hypo-allergenic meal tray*
Distribution of an allergen-avoidance meal*
Procedure for requesting for a meal tray suitable for your child (solutions 2 and 3 above)
1) THE CHILD'S LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE:
The following 2 medical certificates must be supplied by a specialist doctor or allergist:
2) THE SPECIALIST DOCTOR OR ALLERGIST:
Choice of the most suitable medical certificate for the child's situation. Submission of duly completed medical certificates to the child's legal representative.
3) SODEXO:
Receipt of the medical certificate (the child's legal representative will send the certificate to the Sodexo dietary department by e-mail DL.CE.FMS.LU.SERVICEDIETETIQUE@sodexo.com
4) KIND:
Sodexo will provide the meal tray within 7 days (after validation from the educational institution)..
